1) Vidyalay students participated in social science exhibition and received success at cluster level, regional level as well as at National level.
2) Bisweshwar Morang got 1st position in Painting Competition at Regional level and later on he was selected for National level competition.
3) Chiranjeev Gogoi gave outstanding performance in Musical instruments like drumeset at cluster level and regional level, finally he was selected for national level.
4) Jayshree Bharali and Barsha Saikia both stood 1st in English and Hindi debate competition on the topic ‘Eye for an eye will make the whole world blind’
5) Students of our vidyalaya participated in Vikas Talent search exam 2008. Out of 41 students, 14 students were awarded the rewards from this organization.
6) Drawing and Painting competition conducted by Bureau of Energy efficiency- Government of India and ministry of power. 48 students participated and received many rewards and 2 Merit certificates from the organization.
7) Drawing and Painting competition was conducted by Saikia Auto Services Lakhimpur. In this competition Abhinav Garga achieved 1st prize in all the participants there and won cash prize Rs. 5000/- which brought a laurel to the vidyalaya.
8) Students of our vidyalaya worked with heart and soul, enthusitically, dedicatedly and devotedly for the organization named Help Age India which works for making better status of old age people.
